President Carol Ryan Fletcher and her team play a prominent role in the Central New York community. They have and continue to serve actively on several boards, including: LeMoyne College Board of Trustees, Syracuse Chamber of Commerce, Christian Brothers Academy, Syracuse 20/20, Society for Human Resource Management, and CNY Sales and Marketing Executives, as well as membership with the Metropolitan Development Association.
