- Leading, guiding, and coaching a dedicated staff with an emphasis on providing the highest quality of member service
- Develop, recommend and implement financial policies and procedures
- Oversee accounting and all reporting activities
- Ensure that all staff and board members remain current on all policies, laws and guidelines applicable to credit unions
- Plan and oversee payroll and the employee benefits programs
- Recruit, retain and develop staff
- Conduct business development activities to promote growth and development of the credit union
- Responsible for ensuring the credit union engages in regular strategic planning to ensure the future success and viability of the credit union
- Minimum 7-10 years of leadership experience in the credit union or community banking industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field
- Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Business management experience with strengths in lending, accounting, finance and marketing
- Strong board and community relations experience
Salary:
