The Benefits & Compensation Manager will be responsible for the day to day administration of employee benefits, compensation and payroll for a large employee base while managing a staff of 5.
Ideal candidate will have a BS degree with min 5-7 years benefits management experience and supervisory experience. Must have extensive knowledge of federal regulations, compliance and reporting coupled with excellent communication, organizational and process improvement skills.
Travel is required.
