Currently recruiting for a Top-Notch Administrative Assistant.

We are looking for the Best of the Best!

Candidate must have 5 plus years experience supporting top level executives.

Responsibilities:

Provide confidential Administrative support to leadership

Coordinate travel arrangements, car rentals etc. for business related events

Responsible for acting as the main point of contact for scheduling meetings, receiving visitors, handling information requests, correspondence, maintaining calendar.

Attend and take meeting minutes if needed.

Interface with firm members in multiple offices, via phone, email and in person communication

Schedule and coordinate meetings, notification to participants, prepare agenda and order refreshments

Prepare and update correspondence, reports and memos

Candidate must have excellent communication skills both written and oral.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment, plan effectively and use critical thinking to solve problems

Highly organized and ability to multitask, ability to work independently

Proficient with MS Office a must, must be able to use Excel for reporting and data.

Ability to handle confidential information
