The General Ledger Accountant is responsible for preparing financial statements, budgeting, and analyzing statements. They will also maintain the accuracy and integrity of the General Ledger for multiple real estate entities. Essential functions/tasks: Prepare monthly financial reports for multiple properties, review Balance sheets and Income Statements, ensures accuracy of all general ledger information, prepares management reports, including budget, insurance, tax and CAM information. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting. Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, advanced MS Excel skills and working knowledge of an accounting system.
Salary: mid $60,000's
