As an Office Administrative Assistant in a hospital setting, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of the hospital's administrative functions. Responsibilities will include providing administrative support to Department management, completing office tasks, and contributing to the overall smooth functioning of the hospital and its departments.

Responsibilities vary per department, and may include:

-Grant writing and supporting Academic initiatives

-Scheduling and Calendar Management

-Data Entry, Filing, Documentation, and Records Management

-Adherence to HIPAA

-Ad Hoc Tasks

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
-Knowledge of healthcare terminology and HIPAA regulations is a plus.

Salary: $30/hr
Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in related field (Master's preferred).
