Develop high performing finance team to deliver support to all office locations. Manage accounting operations and transactions for all offices. Orchestrate daily HR functions for multiple office locations and serve as the HR Business Partner to the CEO and Board of Directors. Administer a HR programs including payroll, compensation and cafeteria benefits plans, 401(k) plans, health insurance plans including FSA and HSA plans, dental insurance plans, life insurance plans and end of year bonus plans.
