HR Consulting company is looking for a Benefits professional to administer benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, and 401(k) plans for a variety of clients; Onboard new employees using on-line software system; train clients on the system; service clients as needed. Ideal candidate will have BS degree with min 3-5 years of employee benefits exp. including knowledge of laws & regulations, excellent communication and customer service skills and attention to detail.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred
