Growing, multi-faceted company is looking for a strategic and innovative HR professional to lead an HR team supporting employees on a national and international basis. This Senior Leadership role will be responsible for all areas of HR including, recruiting & retention, employee development and training, compensation, benefits, compliance and HR trends and analytics. Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred, with min 15 years of HR leadership experience coupled with excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
