Growing, multi-location financial services company is looking for a strategic and innovative HR professional to lead all phases of the Human Resource function.
This Senior Leadership role will be responsible for:
· Managing and leading a HR team responsible for recruiting & retention, employee development and training, compensation, benefits and compliance.
· Obtaining and interpreting HR trends and analytics
· Working closely with all departments on performance management and staff development
Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree with min 8 to 10 years of HR leadership experience coupled with excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills and be able to work in a team based and customer focused environment.
