Excellent opportunity to join a family owned manufacturing company. This new role will focus on the day to day manufacturing operations of a three shift, union workforce.

Responsibilities include:

·         Supervise and provide regular feedback to department leaders to achieve standards in productivity, efficiency, and quality

·         Develop new processes and enhance existing ones to increase productivity, efficiency, safety, and quality standards.

·         Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing team to schedule weekly and seasonal production schedules.

·         Create and update training and educational materials as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

         :  Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business, operations, or a related field.

         :  5+ years of experience in plant operations with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

         :  Knowledge of regulatory requirements for manufacturers.

         :  Aptitude for equipment operation and troubleshooting.

         :  Able to lead root cause analysis investigations, with strong analytical and problem solving skills.

         : Excellent communication skills and experience working with a multilingual workforce helpful.

         :  Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma strongly preferred.
