The specific duties of this position include the following:
•Daily equipment and assembly support on the Manufacturing floor with strong emphasis on production requirements and deliverables.
•First responder for technical issues that impact daily production and KPI’s
•Repair, maintain and troubleshoot equipment to include, but not limited to;
oFully automated machinery
oAll associated programming on equipment
•PM maintenance on mechanical machinery and automation systems
•Assist Pre-production runs for release to the production floor with all foundational documentation and analysis to ensure process stability and control
•Assist in review and repair of product returns as needed.
•Train operators in manual assembly and soldering operations.
•Troubleshoot issues in the Manufacturing and Test areas and identify permanent solutions.
•Assist manufacturing systems and layout/flow improvements.

•Experienced knowledge in using:
oSoldering Iron and/or general hand tools in all other areas
oPIM test equipment
oVSWR test equipment
oQuick scan or other antenna pattern test equipment
oManual cable cutting equipment.
oAbility to handle and operate test instrumentation; PIM and VNA analyzers
oMinimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment
oAbility to perform PIM Testing
oAbility to perform RL/VSWR Testing
oEffectively Assemble antennas at high workmanship standard
oAbility to perform all requirements for PT 1;
oAbility to train operators
oReview and redline process and design documentation
oAbility to effectively troubleshoot PIM or VSWR.
•An analytical mindset and foresight to detect future production issues based on current situations;
•Mechanical assembly experience in manufacturing production environment;
•Solder Certifications, J-STD-001, IPC-A-610/620 certification programs (Antenna Specific - Preferred but not required);
•Solder Rework and Repair certification IPC-A-600 (Antenna Specific - Preferred but not required).
Metrics for the Position:
Technicians must meet/exceed metrics as defined per company production requirements for
•Technician Skill Grading Program;
•Productivity per process standards;
•FPY per product/process specifications;
•Attendance per company policy.
Salary: $16-$18 per hour
