Growing facilities management company is looking for a senior level Business Development Executive to help expand their client base in the Central NY area.
· Hunting for new business opportunities through cold calling, relationship building, networking, and creating referral sources.
· Networking and maintaining relationships with Building Owners, Property Managers, Facility Managers, Chief Engineers, and Corporate Real Estate Managers.
· Working closely with Operations team members to communicate client expectations and to create targeted and customized proposals
Ideal candidate will have:
· 5+ years sales experience in facilities management/janitorial services
· Demonstrated ability to target and penetrate key prospects, influence decision-makers, and adapt to different personality styles.
· Impeccable integrity
· Self-motivated to achieve aggressive goals
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
Salary: Base + comm
