Growing insurance agency is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their team.
· Provide accurate, timely and friendly service to assigned Commercial Lines clients.
· Assist clients with policy coverage, changes, exclusions and additional coverages
· Responsible for ensuring that policy renewals have been thoroughly and accurately
prepared for delivery to our clients.
· Responsible for conflict resolution and collaboration between client and insurance carrier.
· Exhibit an awareness for potential growth opportunities for both new and existing accounts, keeping Risk Manager(s) aware of such opportunities
· Attend carrier webinars/meetings as required and any job related seminars
· Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred
· Minimum two years' experience in Commercial Lines Account Management
· NYS Property & Casualty Broker's License
· Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
· Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills
