Growing construction/development company is looking for a dynamic and community focused professional to spearhead Diversity/Inclusion, Workforce Development and Communication initiatives while working with various public and private entities, including local, state and federal agencies. Responsibilities include:
- Create partnerships with regional stakeholders to promote workforce diversity
- Manage and promote employee involvement in community initiatives and nonprofit organizations
- Manage summer Intern program working closely with local schools and vocational programs
- Serve as the ambassador of the company for public relations, social media and company branding
Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree with min 2 years experience in community outreach, diversity initiatives, marketing communications and public relations. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills coupled with a passion for community involvement.
