Growing, regional professional services firm is looking for a graphic design coordinator to develop, produce, and digitally publish a variety of marketing materials. This staff position will also have the opportunity to work on various other types of marketing requests and projects as-needed.
Design, produce, and publish high quality, creative, and dynamic visual marketing solutions across a variety of digital and printed marketing materials, including print, video, web, social, and mobile.
Design and produce trade advertisements, event invitations, custom marketing materials and presentations, pitchbooks, brochures, and internal/client publications.
Create and maintain marketing collateral as-needed (i.e., brochures, practice area descriptions, bios, newsletters, etc.).
Design assets for social media platforms, email templates, promotional/ad materials.
Develop and maintain an organized system of physical and digital storage for design and social media assets.
Contribute to compliance of design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
Work with project manager to create and manage production schedules to deliver projects on time.
Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to design and produce materials.
Attend and participate in the weekly marketing department team meeting, weekly one-on-one update meetings with supervisor, and monthly marketing committee meetings.
Ability to transform business objectives into high quality, creative marketing materials.
Experience with social media, blogs, email marketing, and video editing required.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign; Photoshop; Illustrator; Premiere Pro) and Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint); familiarity with video editing, email marketing software (Concep), and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube).
Must be organized and have a sense of urgency/time management with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of current work experience and education in relevant field (i.e., marketing, communications, design, etc.).
Minimum 2-1/2 years’ experience in graphic design in a corporate environment, preferably for a professional services firm or ad/marketing agency.
Marketing, agency, and/or professional services firm experience a plus (i.e., legal, accounting, financial services, etc.).
