We are a customer focused organization. Our mission is to provide high quality recruitment services. It is critical that we partner with our clients and fully understand their needs and culture. We act as the liaison between the client and the candidate to work toward finding the perfect fit.

Our Recruiting Process:

1. The client provides us with job specifications.



2. We research the client to understand their business needs and corporate culture.



3. Each Recruiter in our office is solely focused in a core competency. The job order is given to a Recruiter, who will be the client’s main point of contact.



4. We actively recruit, thoroughly screen, and provide reference checks on potential candidates.



5. We submit highlighted information obtained through our recruiting process, along with resumes.



6. We handle all negotiations between the client and the candidate.
