- The client provides us with job specifications.
- We research the client to understand their business needs and corporate culture.
- Each Recruiter in our office is solely focused in a core competency. The job order is given to a Recruiter, who will be the client’s main point of contact.
- We actively recruit, thoroughly screen, and provide reference checks on potential candidates.
- We submit highlighted information obtained through our recruiting process, along with resumes.
- We handle all negotiations between the client and the candidate.
