We’re a full service firm, offering contingency recruitment in our core disciplines:

Temporary/Contract Positions
We provide temporary solutions to your hiring needs. Should the need arise because of an
upcoming project, a surplus of work, or perhaps coverage for a leave, we can assist by providing a
qualified candidates on either a short term or long term basis.
Temp-to-Hire Positions
We offer the option of temping a candidate for an established length of time, ensuring
the “fit” is right for both the candidate and the employer. This service covers all of our core disciplines.
Payrolling
We provide payroll solutions for your staffing needs. You find the employee, and we payroll the employee.
The candidate becomes an employee of C.R. Fletcher. We handle all necessary paperwork, taxes, unemployment, and workers’ compensation.
