HR Coordinator will be responsible for the administrative functions of the Human Resources Department. Performing such tasks as maintaining personnel records, creating, and updating employee handbooks, and maintaining/performing employee orientation programs.
Scheduling for new employee background and drug testing. I-9 documentation, and enter into E-Verify system, assists with preparation of performance reviews, onboarding, offboarding, seasonal layoffs
Assist with recruitment and interview process. tracking candidates in HRIS system
Prepares new employee files
This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry.
Candidate must have excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with MS Office
Prior experience working in Human Resources.
