Franchise Development Director

Growing company is seeking a competitive and driven sales professional to lead expansion efforts as a Franchise Development Director. This role involves recruiting and evaluating new franchisees and executing the franchise sales process to meet growth goals. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, results-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The position offers opportunities for advancement and team leadership. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the franchise sales process, including lead generation, application reviews, candidate interviews, and contract awards.
• Execute daily recruiting tasks and prospect new business clients.
• Set and manage key recruitment metrics.
• Utilize franchise sales tools to attract qualified candidates.
• Develop a sales strategy to attract investors and ensure brand consistency in recruitment marketing.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and executive leadership on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of relevant experience; MBA preferred.
• Experience in franchise recruiting or new business sales.
• Ability to adapt to change and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Salary: $80,000-$100,000 +
Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred
