Growing company with multiple business units is looking for a hands on and innovative HR professional.  Working closely with the leadership team the HR Manger will manage all the day to day HR responsibilities to include:
  • Managing the hiring process to ensure consistency across departments, including posting jobs, interviewing, preemployment verifications, onboarding and orientation
  • Develop, implement and execute the company’s benefits programs
  • Working closely with department Managers on employee relations, performance management and staff development
  • Maintains ongoing knowledge of HR trends, best practices and all laws and regulations
  • HR reporting and analysis
  • Developing and implementing employee engagement and recognition programs
Ideal candidate will have:
  • Bachelor’s degree with min 5-7 years of HR experience from a corporate headquarters
  • Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively handle a variety of projects and assignments simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary: $75k-$90k DOE
Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree
