Senior Recruiter

CR Fletcher is currently recruiting for a Recruiter for a client on the east side of Syracuse who is adding to their team. This person will focus on hiring for various locations and will have some travel, with 99% of it being day trips to meet candidates, meet with managers, attend job fairs etc. Responsibilities include:

• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
• Develop job descriptions and post jobs using various methods
• Screen & interview candidates and make recommendations to hiring managers
• Support and train hiring managers in interviewing techniques
• Maintain contact with candidates through the offer stage
• Provide analytics and forecast hiring trends
• Serve a liaison between the company, candidates and external partners

** On site role

Salary: $68k-$75k + bonus
