Founded in 1989, Carol and Tom Fletcher had a vision to serve the business community with exceptional talent.
Carol, a graduate of Le Moyne College, got her start in the recruiting industry in 1980 and never looked back. She’s been a force in the recruiting industry bringing together the best the area has to offer with businesses looking to grow and nurture talent. For over 30 years, Carol has specialized in the recruitment and placement of Accounting and Financial professionals on a local, regional, and national level. Carol is active in many professional organizations throughout Central New York and is proud to be a Le Moyne College Alumnus.
Tom started his career working in the High-Tech industry with leading IT companies. At CR Fletcher he led the way in placing some of the most dynamic professionals within the IT industry. He has also been instrumental in overall company operations. Tom is a graduate of Le Moyne College and proud Dolphin as a member of the College’s Hall of Fame and the Greater Syracuse Sports Hall of Fame. When not in the office you can find Tom competing on the golf course.
