Account Manager

IT services company is adding to their team due to growth.  The Account Manager will work closely with the VP of Sales on building and growing relationships within current accounts and developing new clients. Responsibilities include:

• Working with customers on current and upcoming projects
• Responding to quotes and upselling within accounts
• Resolving any customer issues or coordinating the resources needed to resolve the issue
• Meeting with new client prospects and qualifying potential leads

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4-6 years in technology related sales or account management
• Experience with CRM or contact management software
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments

Salary: $60k-$70k DOE
Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred
