- Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and facilitating effective communication between staff and management.
- Administer FMLA and workers' compensation claims, providing guidance to employees on their rights and responsibilities.
- Implement change management initiatives to support organizational growth and development.
- Conduct HR sourcing activities to attract top talent for open positions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance across all HR practices.
- Knowledge of FMLA regulations and workers' compensation processes.
- Excellent employee relations skills, with the ability to mediate conflicts effectively.
- Strong HR sourcing capabilities to identify potential candidates for recruitment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining confidentiality.
