CR Fletcher is currently recruiting for a Recruiter for a client on the north side of Syracuse to join their team. This person will focus on hiring for multiple parts of the business, attend job fairs etc. The Recruiter will be responsible for posting jobs, interviewing candidates, passing vetted candidates to hiring managers, and eventually putting together offer letters. Other tasks include training managers on interviewing techniques as well. This is an in-office position 8am-5pm.
Salary: $65k-$80k
