Growing manufacturing company is adding to the HR team.  Reporting to the Director of HR, the Recruiter/HR Generalist will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding and other Human Resources responsibilities to include:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried roles, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Administer core HR functions, including employee relations, policy enforcement, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and safety regulations.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, create and deliver ongoing orientation and employee engagement programs, support training programs, and collaborate with management to build a strong workplace culture aligned with operational goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 3-5 years of human resources experience with a focus on recruiting and retention
  • Experience working in manufacturing or similar industry
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Onsite role

Salary: $70,000-$80,000
