- Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried roles, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Administer core HR functions, including employee relations, policy enforcement, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and safety regulations.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, create and deliver ongoing orientation and employee engagement programs, support training programs, and collaborate with management to build a strong workplace culture aligned with operational goals.
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 3-5 years of human resources experience with a focus on recruiting and retention
- Experience working in manufacturing or similar industry
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Onsite role
