Our Beginning

Founded in 1989 by Carol and Tom Fletcher, CR Fletcher has been a trusted partner in connecting top talent with leading businesses in Central New York and beyond. After years of building a strong reputation in the accounting and finance recruitment field, Carol expanded CR Fletcher to become a full-service staffing firm, with the goal of being the staffing partner of choice for leading employers. Tom brought years of experience in the high-tech industry when he joined CR Fletcher, proving to be instrumental in further shaping the firm’s operations and growth. After three decades of hard work and success, Carol and Tom retired, leaving behind a legacy of professionalism, dedication, and positive impact on the industry and community, and passing the reigns to long-tenured leaders of CR Fletcher – Joanne Rauch and Michelle Jevis.

A New Chapter...

In 2022, after each played prominent roles in the growth of CR Fletcher for 20+ years, Joanne Rauch took ownership of CR Fletcher Associates, and Michelle Jevis took ownership of CR Fletcher Temps and CR Fletcher Industrial. Under their leadership, the CR Fletcher brand continues to thrive as a trusted staffing partner and certified Women-Owned Business (WBE) in the City of Syracuse and New York State. Far surpassing industry norms, the CR Fletcher team of Recruiters offers an average tenure of over 10 years, proving that the team at CR Fletcher knows what it takes to help our clients find long-lasting employees.

CR Fletcher Temps is introduced to address customer demand to hire our candidates on a contract/project basis.

1996

CR Fletcher Industrial is established to meet the needs of our customers, providing light industrial recruitment services.

2005

CR Fletcher receives the Greater Syracuse Chamber of Commerce's Business of the Year Award.

2010

Joanne Rauch and Michelle Jevis take ownership of CR Fletcher.
