Commercial Lines Service Manager

Great opportunity to join a growing and established insurance agency in the area.  The Commercial Lines Service Manager will lead a support team focused on ensuring excellent customer service and experience. Responsibilities include:

• Manage day-to-day operations and team performance
• Drive departmental initiatives and process improvements
• Lead training and foster a culture of growth
• Collaborate across departments to support business goals
• Serve as the escalation point for clients and carriers

Qualifications:

• 7+ years in Commercial P&C insurance with 3+ years in leadership role
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
• NYS P&C License
• Strong communication, organization, and client service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Salary: $110k-$130k
Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree
