Controller

CR Fletcher is recruiting for a growing company in the area that supplies the construction industry. Open due to growth, the Controller is responsible for managing the accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining internal controls and compliance, while working closely with the CFO. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Manage month-end close, audits, and compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
• Develop and enforce accounting policies and internal controls
• Lead and support accounting staff performance and development
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CFO

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5–10 years of accounting/finance experience
• Experience working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas
• Experience with financial reporting requirements
• Strong Excel skills
• On-site role
