CR Fletcher is currently recruiting for a Business Manager (F&I) for a reputable dealership in the Syracuse area. We are looking for someone with a strong financial expertise with automotive finance knowledge, insurance product knowledge, and a commitment to building customer relationships. Strong communication skills are a must to negotiate and close deals. Responsibilities
  • Maximize F&I sales and profitability through product presentations and customer engagement.
  • Secure financing options by fostering strong relationships with lenders.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in all F&I paperwork and transactions.
  • Partner with the sales team to drive successful F&I product penetration and income.
  • Contribute to departmental and dealership forecasting and goal achievement.
  • Maintain records and provide reporting to management.
